1. Players must log in to their account and select the corresponding server and player character to use the redeem code.

2. Redeem code can only be used once per character for each account. Before confirming [Redeem], please make sure the selected account/character is correct.

3. Please note that rewards cannot be withdrawn once the redeem code is used!

4. After redemption, rewards will be sent to the in-game mailbox within 3 minutes. Please collect the rewards from your mail.

5. Should you encounter any problems during the redemption process, please contact the customer service centre and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
